Life After 30

The goal is simple:

not just to work hard… but to last long.

Somewhere, you realize,

burning out early is not an achievement.

It's been almost 5 years as an automotive developer, and recently I had a thought,

what if we looked at life like a car? (a metaphor)

Three pedals. Three parts of life.

Accelerator → Health

Because if the engine isn't strong, nothing moves.

Consistency over intensity - preparing balanced meals, sleeping well, and some form of physical exertion.

And yes… as employees, if we don't take care of our back,

we might just lose the backbone of the company 😄

Long sitting hours don't help - take small breaks, stretch often, and move a little through the day.

Clutch → Career

We don't shift randomly anymore.

We shift with intent, balancing growth with stability.

Moves should be well planned and well prepared. Stability doesn't mean letting go of opportunities -

we should be stable, but vigilant enough to grab opportunities when they arrive.

Brake → Relationships / Family

Not everything needs speed.

We need gentle braking to take care of what matters - family, relationships, and meaningful people in life.

The ones who stay till the end.

Sometimes slowing down is what keeps things intact.

It's not about pressing harder,

it's about pressing right.

Because in life, the goal is to drive as long as the fuel lasts.

There are no refueling stops -

we all start with tanks filled by destiny.
